My name is Yue Sun (孙悦). I am a first-year Ph.D. student in Applied Mathematics at Harvard University,
advised by Professor Chris Rycroft. I received my Master of Engineering degree in Computational Science and
Engineering from Harvard University in 2020, and defended my master’s thesis in fluid–structure interaction. I
got my Bachelor of Science degree from New York University Shanghai in 2018, with one major in Mathematics
